Revenge of the Vegetarian Book Review

I was recently offered the opportunity to review the book, Revenge of the Vegetarian: A Humorous Spin on the Wold of Vegetarianism by Jim Tilberry with Patricia Van Winkle.

Revenge of the Vegetarian is a paperback book, with just 70 pages. It's a very quick and easy to read book. The auther Jim Tilberry, has his tongue firmly planted in his cheek, while taking humorous jabs at a variety of easy targets. Get ready to read hilarious interviews with famous dead vegetarians, such as Gandhi, Socrates, and Ben Franklin.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I have been in the past. Even if your not a vegetarian, this would be a great book if you love humor. There are so many books out there about vegetarians, but most are not humorous, like this book. This is why the author decided to write a book about vegetarianism, but in a humorous way.

I love the way they set up the Vegetarian Food Pyramid. I laughed throughout the whole book. I loved all of the interviews with the famous dead vegetarians. One of my favorite interviews was with Albert Einstein.

PVW: As I understood it, you weren't exactly an "Einstein" in school.

AE: Yeah, its embarrassing, but I used to be dumb as a doorknob. I think eating meat was clogging my arteries and blocking the flow of blood to my brain. Then I went vegetarian. I became infinitely sharper when I switched from bratwurst to broccoli.

I don't want to ruin anymore, so you will have to grab a copy for yourself. You can find the book on Amazon for 11.95.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
