Regarding the costume, I was VERY impressed with the quality of the material. I was expecting the typical nylon, thin fabric that most Halloween costumes are made from, but this was completely different. It seems to be made of a thick, felt-like material that seems pretty durable! I was very surprised! It is unlikely that my daughter will be able to tear this one, unlike her poor tiger costume from last year... I can't wait to take her out Trick or Treating this year! Maybe we'll be able to get her little brother a baby Yoda costume and create a theme out of it. That would be ADORABLE!
Thanks to our sponsors at Wholesale Costume Club, one reader will win a $25 gift card/coupon to Wholesale Costume Club! The contest runs from July 12, 2012 through July 19, 2012. Enter using the Rafflecopter widget below! Good luck!

I'm so happy to have had the chance to review the Copy Kids dvd. Copy Kids is a video that shows children eating fruits and vegetables, while having fun too. This video is suppose to help your children by copying what the kids on the video are eating. There are a total of twelve different chapters on fruits and vegetables, and those include: bell peppers, carrots, raspberries, broccoli, bananas, strawberries, tomatoes, cucumbers, oranges, avocados, apples, and blueberries.
Broccoli and bananas are about the only foods from the video that my children won't eat. They used to love bananas when they were younger, but now that they are growing, they won't eat them anymore. I haven't tried avocados with them yet.
The first chapter is on bell peppers. My daughters, Mercades and Tesla, were laughing along with some of the kids from the video. The kids on the video were enjoying eating bell peppers raw. My daughters actually really love bell peppers. Since my daughters don't like bananas, I decided to put the banana chapter on. I sat them down with a banana, and turned the video to the chapter about bananas. Can you believe they actually ate the banana! Mercades even asked for more.
I plan to have my children watch this video a few times a week. I would really love it if my daughters would eat more of a variety of fruits and vegetables. Overall I would recommend this video to anyone with children, especially if they don't like many fruits and vegetables.
Copy Kids has won two children's excellence awards including one from Dr. Toy and one from MACT. They were also approved by the USDA and added to their Education and Training Materials Database for preschool nutrition. If you would like your kids to eat more fruits and vegetables, why not order a copy of the Copy Kids Dvd today.
Also make sure to check them out on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Lemon Curd is a love story between the righteous and opinionated Anna Lisa Gibson and her arrogant British office-mate, Neil Scott Whittaker. He can have any woman he desires but Anna Lisa's honesty and down to earth personality makes him fall in love with her. Except that he doesn't want to give up his fiancee and she doesn't want to have an affair with a soon to be married man. Yet romance is only part of this story. From the streets of Los Angeles to the streets of London, Lemon Curd depicts the millennium lifestyle - Women's position in the business world, the workaholic and multitasking attitude of our society and the difficulty of balancing family and work life while trying to make a difference in the lives of the people around us.

Homa has worked in various industries such as marketing, retail, banking, accounting and fitness but has always returned to her true love – writing. She is currently working on a new book. Lemon Curd is her first novel.
I was happy to get the chance to read another one of Homa Pourasgari's books. I read The Dawn of Saudi: In Search for Freedom book and knew I wanted to read Lemon Curd. I was surprised at how this book was true to my life in the way the main characters interacted with each other. They were sarcastic and funny. I liked how the romance between the characters flowed and was not like any other romance book. I would say this is a good book to read on one of those rainy weekends.
Now for the giveaway: One lucky person will win "Lemon Curd" by Homa Pourasgari book. This is open to the US & Canada only and ends 7/25 @ 11:59 pm est. To enter, simply do the tasks on the Rafflecopter widget below and you're set to have a chance to win!

I was given the opportunity to review a Halloween mask from Wholesale Halloween Costumes. They have a wide variety of masks to choose from. My first choice was the terminator mask, but since it was out of stock, I decided to go with the Sea Creature Fins Mask.
What really drew my attention to this mask, was the teeth and the spikes at the top of the head. How can it get any scarier then that? I chose this mask because I loved the way it looked. I'm always looking for a great scary mask. I was amazed at how fast it shipped. It took only a couple days to get the mask. When I took the mask out, my daughters wanted to try it on right away. They are only one and three years old. I honestly thought they were going to be afraid of the mask, but I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a lot of fun with the mask. They kept trying it on, and running around the house with it. (as you can see in the picture below) The mask was to big for my daughters but they didn't mind, they still had fun.
The Wholesale Halloween Costumes has Licensed, Animals, TV & Movie, Famous Faces, Horror, and Clearance Masks . Their prices are very affordable. I don't know about you, but I have been to many Halloween stores, and there prices are very expensive.

We find that people really want to know how the ingredients are grown and processed on the way to their grocer's shelf. When people see how much organic foods have improved since the early days of packaged 'health' foods, we hope they'll try other organic food products.
Newman’s Own® Organics introduces Ginger Snaps and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip to its newly named “Family Recipe Cookies.”
“We’re delighted with the two new great tasting cookies,” says Nell Newman, co-founder and president of Newman’s Own Organics. “Ginger Snaps were mentioned often as a flavor our fans would like to see us make. The Snaps are made with real candied ginger and are particularly tasty. We also heard from our customers that an oatmeal chocolate chip would be a good addition. It was an excellent suggestion.”
I have to say these cookies were so good. I couldn't tell that they were made with organic products. These cookies just melted in your mouth. I was in heaven with the Chocolate Chip cookies
“When I was a kid I loved licorice because it was so much fun to eat. I loved the chewy texture, and you could stretch it and tie it in knots, or bite off the ends and blow through it”, said Nell Newman, co-founder and president of Newman’s Own Organics. “Now I can enjoy our own tasty organic version of my favorite childhood candy! It’s also a great treat for the movies, as it’s much quieter to eat than popcorn,” The five ounce package is great for keeping in your desk at work, having as a snack at home, in your car while doing errands, or out hiking. The smaller package is also a good economic choice. Health conscious consumers will appreciate that the rich tasting candy is low in fat, sodium and cholesterol free, and contains no trans-fat.
My son loved the licorice we got. He loved both the regular and sour flavors. The best he said was the Strawberry and the sour Apple. He didn't care for the Black licorice but I don't like it either. I was very please with all the flavors we got to try.
Cream Filled Chocolate Cookies in six milk dunkin' good flavors:
Ginger 'n' Cream • Wheat Free Dairy Free
My husband loved these and he ate the Original & Chocolate with a glass of milk. He didn't have any complaints other than he wish there were more to eat lol
