This year i have been trying to eat healthier and work out more. I'm not looking to lose weight but i am looking to get in better shape. Fit Moms for Life: "How to Have Endless Energy to Outplay your kids" is the perfect book for mothers. I'm a mother of two and could use some help in getting back in shape. I always find myself very tired throughout the day and this book will teach you how to feel more energized. Dustin Maher's book was sent to me for reviewing.

Dustin's book not only teaches you how to stay fit but also teaches you how to eat healthy. He will explain that eating fruit with protein is healthier for you. Normally i would just grab some fruit and have that as a snack. I've already learned alot from this book. I never would have thought to eat fruit with protein. In this book there are success stories of 31 mothers who used Dustin's fitness and weight loss program. Dustin will take you through five different parts including: Mindset, Nutrition, Strength, Burst Training, and Environment. Make sure to check out the video below:
